How to buy from Newartis?
- 1.- Pictures and photographys
a) Select the print and/or photograph you want, and its measurements.
b) Add the product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

a) Select the garment, according to the filters we offer you: model, size, colour and design.

VAT is included in the price of all items. Shipping costs will be added to the indicated price.
How to pay?
Payment systems
- Credit/debit cards: VISA; Masterdard; JCB; UPI and Discover.
- Bizum.
We use SSL Secure protocol to provide secure online payment.
Delivery deadlines
- 1.- When will I receive my order?
As these are personalised products, it takes us between 2 and 5 working days to process your order, after which we will send it to you.
You should also bear in mind that the delivery time depends on your place of residence. You can estimate it as follows:- Europe: 3-7 working days.
- International: 3-15 working days.
- 2.- Order tracking
You will receive a link by email, when your order is shipped.
Returns
From the moment you receive your order, you have fifteen days to return it.
1.- Return of films and/or photographs:
If "Newartis" has sent you a product with the wrong measurements or has a defect, please contact us so that we can exchange it for another one, free of charge, or refund your money.
2.- Return of personalised clothing:
If "Newartis" has sent you the wrong size, or the garment we have sent you has a defect, please contact us so that we can exchange it for another one, free of charge, or refund your money. The item must be intact, unworn, unwashed and must retain the labels.
Newartis provides a size guide for its products. If the "customer" orders the wrong size, the cost of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer. The article must be intact, it cannot be used or washed and must retain the labels. In these cases, and since the apprenticeship is personalised, only the first return will be accepted.
